SINGLE INCIDENT TRAUMA
Single Incident Trauma…it only happened once but you’ve not felt like yourself since.
COMPLEX TRAUMA
Complex Trauma …you have been through many painful, continuous, even horrific things.
PERSISTENT "T" TRAUMA
Persistent “t” trauma …you compare yourself to those with some of the above trauma types and say things like ‘I don’t know what’s wrong with me, it’s not like my life was as hard as theirs!’ …only your life was/is actually filled with loss, shame, distress, chronic health problems, or any number of negative circumstances.

HOW CAN I SUPPORT YOU?
Whether a current client or not, my passion is to be available upon short notice to help you if you are in crisis. This refers to the trauma survivor, primary support person to a trauma survivor, or parent of an adolescent who is suffering from strong suicidal urges or compulsions to self-harm.*
ADULTS IN CRISIS
Examples of how this might look:
“My wife was in a traumatic auto accident last night and can’t sleep, eat, or focus.”
“I found out my husband is having an affair and I can’t function.”
If you do not currently have a counselor and find yourself in need of counseling services.
PARENTS OF CHILD IN CRISIS
Examples of how this might look:
“I just saw cut marks all over my son’s legs.”
“My daughter told me she is burning herself to deal with her anxiety. I had no idea!”
“I just received a call from my daughter’s best friend stating my daughter is talking about ending her life.”
“I just heard my daughter vomiting last night throughout the night and she’s eating in secret.”
